The Stäubli AirJack plug and lance is one of the safest and easiest to manipulate on the market. The technical characteristics of this innovative solution ensures security, reliability and performance.

To make the connection with the car, our system requires only a quarter of the force that most other systems use, moreover lance Stäubli JAC has two versions:

• Valved: keeps the car down even if the supply hose is disconnected, the depressurization is controlled by the user hitting the lock ring located in the lance.
• Unvalved: the car remains suspended while the supply hose is connected.

 
When the lance ring lock is activated, there are radial holes for food / relief air, designed to keep out any debris in the circuit. The AirJack plug can be supplied with a swivel (kneecap), ensuring ergonomic operation of the whole hose / coupler.

The low-effort connection lets you connect even with pressurized circuit, this results in a significant saving precious seconds during the pit-stop operation.
