STÄUBLI presented its comprehensive line for the plastic industry.

STÄUBLI successfully participated in the BRASILPLAST 2009, that took place in São Paulo from the 4th until the 8th of May. Among a great amount of clients from all over South America, STÄUBLI´s stand was, once again, a popular site for those looking for improvements in their processes. Those visitors who attended to the stand were able to appreciate the temperature control and hydraulic systems lines of quick couplings, multi-couplings systems and the quick mould change range. This last range counted on an interactive display of the magnetic clamping system, QMC122, where clients had the chance to emulate the mould swap with the security and easiness only offered by the STÄUBLI system.

And STÄUBLI also was present at the fair with its Robotics division, represented by two 6-axis robots installed at its partners’ stands. One of them, model RX90, showed its precision when moving pieces at Zettatecck´s stand. The second one, model TX90, had been installed at the manufacturer of the Engel injector’s stand, where the visitors could observe it remove pieces from the mould and, with the help of the vision system, control the quality of the injected product and consequently discard fauly pieces.
